Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please note that innerwear, socks, masks, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@by2men.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

    Eligibility for Exchanges: 

  • Items must be exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

 Exchange Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@by2men.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will send out the replacement item to you. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

     Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchange Shipping:

  • If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.

  • For all other exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by By2men.

    Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Socks

  • Masks

  • Gift Cards
